Grow our own vegetables, fruits and herbs for consumption in the kitchen

Use wildflowers, fruits, nuts and herbs in our cooking

Harvest and process our own olives and almonds

Compost all kitchen and garden waste

Separate and recycle paper, glass, tin and plastic bottles

Avoid buying packaged goods

Reduce the amount of plastic on site, using biodegradable materials wherever possible

Re-use, re-purpose and recycle objects and furniture on site

Shop locally

Employ local people

Set examples of sustainable lifestyles and share our love of nature with all who visit
