Mountain Honey
Learn from and appreciate bees and their honey (includes dressing in protective suits, and a visit to hives) Our very own pueblo of Colmenar boasts a famous honey museum. If you’re here on a Sunday they have an excursion that begins with an introduction in the museum, continues with a workshop where you make a candle from beeswax that you can take home, then a visit to local beehives where they give you the necessary clothing, then back to the museumacross operational, financial, and strategic domains.
